Withdrawal from the contract and returns policy

1. The user has the right to cancel the order within 1 hour from the moment of placing the order, if the order processing has not yet started, by sending an e-mail to info@drukarniaobrazow.pl with confirmation of receipt, with information containing the number of the order to be canceled. It can also be done by phone (690 801 790 Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00). After this time, it is impossible to cancel the order due to the nature of the service provided.
2. The consumer, i.e. the customer who is a natural person, making purchases on the website in an area not directly related to his business or professional activity, or a customer running a sole proprietorship who performs activities for a purpose that is not primarily related to his business activity, may withdraw from the sales contract for the product purchased on the website www.drukarniaobrazow.pl within 14 (say: fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the completed order.
   Withdrawal from the contract the Consumer is not entitled (pursuant to Article 38 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights - Journal of Laws of June 24, 2014, item 827) in the case of: - a contract in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individual needs (this applies in particular to photo paintings and posters on which photos are posted at the Consumer's request, products made to measure in accordance with the Consumer's order, etc.)
   - service provision agreements, if the Seller has fully performed the service with the express consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the commencement of the service that after the Seller has provided the service, he will lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
   Withdrawal from the contract requires the Consumer to submit a written statement sent to the e-mail address: info@drukarniaobrazow.pl or by post, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the completed order.
   In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Consumer is obliged to immediately return the product, but no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of sending the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, in a condition not exceeding that necessary to establish the nature of the product, as well as its characteristics and functioning.
3. The cost of returning the product to the seller as a result of withdrawal from the contract is borne by the Consumer. The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
4. The Seller does not collect shipments sent to him and sent back by the Customer "cash on delivery". It is also not responsible for the costs related to such shipments.
   The Seller will refund the funds due to the Consumer immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the declaration, using the same method of payment as used by the Consumer. The seller may delay sending back the funds until he receives the item. The value of the refunded funds is the sum of the payment for the product or service and the value of the costs of the cheapest shipping of the product or service to the Consumer offered by the Seller.
