Yes, it is possible to pay in cash on delivery for parcels in Poland whose value does not exceed PLN 300. The shipping cost in Poland is in this case PLN 25.

The mandatory format for saving the graphic file loaded into the creator is JPG in sRGB and the resolution of each side is not less than 800 pixels.
The optimal width and height dimensions are from 3000 to 6000 pixels (i.e. original files from a smartphone or camera). This resolution and file size is optimal to obtain a very good quality photo print.
Photo files loaded into the system should be within the quality and size limits. If the photo file is smaller than 800 x 800 pixels, the system will reject such a photo due to low resolution.
The solution is to use the original photo file from a camera or smartphone.
The JPG file cannot be too large (e.g. 10,000 pixels), because the server system will not be able to process such a photo file, also showing an error message.

Please also specify the product, provide its parameters you are interested in and your telephone contact details. We will assess the suitability of the photo for printing and answer whether the photo is suitable for printing.
The online system is prepared so that the ordering party can independently select the appropriate photo image parameters. After selecting the type of photo image, the system goes to the friendly and transparent Image Creator. Here you can edit the following photo image parameters:
All possible options are available in the wizard. If a certain size cannot be obtained in the creator, it means that it is not possible.
It is possible to print canvas paintings consisting of 2, 3 or even 9 parts from your photo. It is Multi-part photo print on canvas.
Yes! Each order with a basket value of at least PLN 200 is rewarded with free shipping (applies only to shipments within Poland paid in full by bank transfer, the discount is PLN 19 for each package).
For the order to be accepted and processed correctly, all fields must be completed. Only the NIP number is optional, its absence will result in issuing a VAT invoice without entering this number. Enter the correct data carefully, as incorrect data entry may make it difficult to complete the order and thus extend the execution time.
For the order to be completed, the Customer must accept the Regulations of orders. Without this, orders cannot be processed.
All orders in Poland are sent only via DPD courier company. Due to the large dimensions of the largest photo images, we do not send images by Poczta Polska or to parcel lockers (there are no such large boxes).
Yes, each painting on canvas in the shipment isprotected with thick bubble wrap inside and the whole thing is packed in a thick box made of 5-layer corrugated cardboard.
Posters are secured with bubble film and placed in a cardboard tube.
If you have received the parcel and you suspect that the parcel may be damaged,be sure to ask to unpack the parcel in the presence of the courier. If the parcel turns out to be damaged, ask the courier to prepare a damage report.
Then contact us by sending an e-mail with this information about the damage and a scan/photo of the signed damage report to the following address: info@drukarniaobrazow.pl providing the order number in the title and we will We will complete and resend your order as soon as possible.
Attention - very important! If you notice damage to the shipment and products after the courier has left and you do not have a signed damage report, a damage complaint will not be accepted.
After unpacking the shipment, check whether the product that was delivered complies with the order or whether it meets the ordered technical parameters.
If you find that there are missing elements, something is cut unevenly, the size is different, the image is reversed, etc., be sure to contact us by writing a message to the following address: info@drukarniaobrazow.pl.
Take photos of incorrect product elements for documentation and the possibility of assessing whether the complaint is accepted and attach them to the message.
The product must not be used and must not show any signs of damage.
After the complaint is positively considered, we will immediately send the corrected product, or we will refund the money.
Yes, such a possibility exists! However, such an order will be treated as non-standard.

Up-to-date messages informing about the order status will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
The first message will be sent when the order is accepted, the next when we receive the payment (then an electronic VAT invoice is also attached), the third when the painting is sent to the customer along with the courier's waybill number. The last message after a few days is a request togive us a rating. :)
